I am dedicated to helping you become the healthiest version of yourself!
I've been in your shoes. I know how tough it is to wear 10 different hats and be in charge of the health and wellness of the entire family including yourself. Think of me as your personal assistant. I'm here to help you figure out how to make easy changes to your everyday practices that will bring up you and your family's health up 10 notches.
In the most perfect circumstances, it's gut-wrenching hard to adopt a healthy lifestyle, change is hard!
I can help you bridge the gap between you and your best and healthiest version of yourself. I have learned the hard way how to incorporate easy swaps to make your life easier. I'm not saying it's going to be a "piece of cake" but it will be easier to have someone like me who truly cares about you and your family to guide you in the right direction.
You can prevent and reverse disease with easy small steps that treat the root cause of chronic disease that leads to big changes. Before you know it, you will be at the top of your game. See, easy, peasy!
Together we will maximize your potential for a life of optimal health and graceful aging.
Experience and Knowledge
I have been working as a Health Care Provider for over 35 years. I am constantly researching the best way for you to optimize your health to prevent and even reverse chronic disease. This includes heart disease, diabetes, high blood pressure, and Alzheimer's disease.
I have discovered through research and patient case studies that the best way to prevent and reverse disease is through Lifestyle Medicine. Following a Lifestyle Medicine protocol, you will not only prevent and reverse disease, but you will also live a higher quality of life.
Lifestyle medicine is the use of evidence-based lifestyle approaches to preventing and reversing chronic diseases with:
- Whole Food Plant-Based Diet
- Regular physical activity
- Adequate sleep and
- Stress management
You Are Not Your Genes
There is no such thing as having "bad" genes. A family history of heart disease, diabetes, Alzheimer's disease, or cancer does automatically mean that you will get these diseases.
We are not victims of our genes, because we can control which genes are upregulated (turned on) or downregulated (turned off) through Lifestyle Medicine. There are tons of research supporting this, and I will guide you through the best practices to make sure that the best genes are turned on.
I have put together a 4-week program that addresses all the Lifestyle Medicine pillars to help you optimize your health, prevent and reverse chronic disease and live life to the fullest with the least possible amount of medications.
This program is only offered twice a year, January and July. If you are interested in the next offering please sign up here.
Thank you so much for taking the time to visit! I'm so happy that we connected and I am looking forward to becoming part of your journey to a Healthier You.
Wishing you lots of health and happiness,
Dr. Alda Haas
